Stamps that Glow - Wayne Youngblood - A brief overview of what phosphorescent tagging is, as well as its history, introduction, and development in the United States. 

Silent Auction - Several silent auctions will be conducted during the show. A wide variety of stamps and stamp related items will be available to the highest bidder.  Minimum bids start at $3.00 or 10% of catalog, whichever is greater. Please bid high and bid often, the silent auctions are an important source of funds for Milcopex. A sample of lots available can be found here.
